These are just some of the photographs I took over the last few years. I still use my good old Minolta Dimage Z3 and not a DSLR yet, some of the pics are even taken with the analoge Konica Z-Up. I'm by no means a professional photographer, nor do I have professional equipment. Photography is only a hobby of mine. Despite shooting in color, I actually prefer black/white shots. One of my favorite motives (even though it's overdone from so many photographers already) are sculptures on cemeteries.

Apart from that I love to photograph old architecture. I always try to split one building up into tiny "snippets" cause the saying "the beauty lies in the details" is really true. So many people walk by an old house without seeing the beauty in it. If you just photograph an old window with light coming through it you can bring a whole house alive again. Then of course I also love to photograph animals (but then who doesn't), you can never be too sure that some will turn out nice, you also can't really plan ahead cause it's spontaneous, which is something I like.

And last but not least of course concert photography. It's hard to caption the emotions and energy on stage and the light settings are always a challenge with a less than ideal camera, nontheless I was lucky enough to get a few good shots over the last years.
