The person behind the camera: born in 1979 in Vienna (Austria), my parents soon discovered that I was "artistically inclined". Drawing a lot, making my own theater plays with my toys and singing the whole time, my grandfather always encouraged me to get a job that will take my creativity further. As a toddler when someone asked me what I would become once I'm grown up, I always answered "a singer of course!". After school I wanted to go to a stage school to study singing and dancing. But life sometimes plays tricks on you and due an accident I was never able to realize the plans I had.

After some frustration, I tried to make the best out of the situation I was in. I took a 180 degree turn from musicals to rock music, playing in different bands, helping some people out with lyrics and songwriting in general, backing bands up with vocals... Those were the new tasks I was on. I tought myself how to play guitar, trained my voice the best way I was able too, taking advantage of the singing techniques of the musical actors that I knew. It is really hard to get a record contract and even harder to find people who take music seriously - in a professional way. This did not take my any further, so I quit the band and with me quitting, the whole project died.
Of course I still love music and couldn't live without it, I also I want to play piano finally (the possibilities on the guitar are very limited). Something I wanted since I was five years old but never had enough financial backup to do it. I also still visit the musicals and drop by sometimes to chat with some of the actors.
Igot hooked on photography after seeing some awesome black/white photography that really struck a nerve in me. I discovered that photography is not just "point and click", it's really art. You can take a picture of something really trivial, but because of the way you use the lighting and angle and everything you can view people things the way you see them. Visit the Gallery to look at some pictures I've taken!
